80 Middle Schools pass state physical fitness tests
A total of 80 Colonial Beach Middle School students passed all four state physical fitness tests after the first month of school this year.
According to physical education teacher Steve Swope, these students received better than satisfactory test results on pull-ups, curl-ups, v-sit and reach, and the one-mile run in their respective grades and age groups.

Eighth grade boys: Kendrick Creasey, Wyatt Feltner, Alan Gaxiola, Dillion Harper, Akim Johnson, Quintin Napper, Peter Oliver, John Parks, Keonte Waters, Trey Bowler, Hunter Bristow, Christian Foster, Tyreek Jones, AJ Phillips, Chance Roy, Alonzo Turner, David Wang, Bailey Smith, Lamar Lucas and Lorenzo Kovach.
Eighth grade girls: Michaela Beverly, Jennica Bullet, Courtney Buzby, Katrina Fortune, Megan Mayhew, Shelby Moldin, Ksea Spurlin, Adorn Aranda, Lavonda Brown, Kenzie Cox, Amber Jones, Sariah Ndiaye and Victoria Nutt.
Seventh grade boys: Trey Schadegg, Tommy Donohue, Kaleb Huffman, Anajai Lewis, Joseph Miller, Bufford Sta. Maria, Josh Willford, Tristan Williams, Jeremiah Gibson, Sean Blandford, Tyshaun Davis, James Gordon, Chris Johnson, Andrew Lewis and Ryan Spurlin.
