“The Montross Ministerial Association invites you to join us for our annual Lenten Lunch Series at noon. We will be celebrating Ash Wednesday during the first week of the series. Come see what a difference Jesus’ words can make in your life.”
The members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church invite the community to attend Ash Wednesday Worship Service at 5:30 pm. The entire family is welcome! The church is located at 1717 Hampton Hall Road, Callao. The service will be conducted by Rev. Mike Ramming, Pastor of Good Shepherd, with the imposition of ashes offered.

Macedonia Baptist Church Drama Ministry presents “Forever Love” at 7 p.m. Dinner will be served. Donation requested.
Saturday, Feb. 16
Afton United Methodist Church in Ophelia will hold an Italian dinner from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Pasta and bread will be served. Desserts will be available. Donations accepted. If questions, please call 453-3770.
The missionary ministry of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 6749 Jessie Dupont Memorial Hwy. n Burgess, is sponsoring a Black History Program at 3 p.m. The guest speaker will be Rev. Jarvis Bailey, Pastor of Irvington Methodist Church.
Macedonia Baptist Church will host their annual Black History Program during the 11 a.m. Service. The guest will be Evangelist Sparkle Raymond, New Destiny Baptist Church, Fredericksburg. Dinner will be served following the morning service. The church is located at 1081 Macedonia Lane, Colonial Beach.

The third Annual Black History Month Celebration, New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 4 p.m. The theme is “Supporting Our National & Local Leaders.” Washington & Lee High School and Hampton University graduate Edward Reed is guest speaker. In partnership with youth ministries from Siloam and New Jerusalem Baptist Churches. No charge.
