Vacation Bible School
Oak Grove Baptist Church in Colonial Beach, invites your family to Vacation Bible School from Sunday, July 21 – Thursday, July 25 each night from 5:45 – 8 p.m. at 8096 Leedstown Rd.  Children ages 4 y/o through high school can join us for a meal at 5:45 followed by motivating music, crafts, Bible lessons, snacks, and games! July 20
Rappahannock Baptist Church will host a Community Fun Day on Saturday, July 20 from 4 – 7 p.m. Barbecue, hot dogs, and all the trimmings will be served. Games for the kids. Bring your bathing suit and your lawn chair. In appreciation for the support shown by our community there will be no charge for this event. Everyone is welcome.

July 21
First Baptist Church Jackson St. Colonial Beach will observe its 122nd homecoming and revival service Sunday July 21 at 3 p.m. Dinner will be served immediately following the Noon service.The Rev. Charles V. Payton of Morning Star Baptist Church, Montross will be the guest preacher accompanied by his choir, ushers and congregation.

July 22
Ephesus Christian Church Revival will begin on Monday, July 22 at 7 p.m. Rev. Mac Sydnor will be revival speaker. Mac is an elder at Ephesus, as well as our Assistant Minister and a licensed lay minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Special music will be featured each evening. We hope you can join us!

July 24 – 26
Ephesus Christian Church’s annual Homecoming and Revival Nightly services continue Wednesday, July 24 – July 26 at 7:30 p.m. with Pastor Roderick Parks of the Second Baptist Church, Warsaw as guest preacher.

July 26

July 27
United Methodist and St. Mary’s Episcopal Churches in Colonial Beach will co-sponsor a weekend Vacation Bible School, “Gotta Move.” July 27,  8:30
a.m. to 1 p.m. held at United Methodist (lunch provided for parents and children)

July 28
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. held at St. Mary¹s Episcopal (dinner provided for parents and children). Ages 5-12. First 40 registered. Call 366-1286 to register. Asking for non perishable food items to help stock food pantries.

Macedonia Baptist Church, 1081 Macedonia Lane, Colonial Beach will host their Leadership Annual Day, Sunday, July 28 at 3 p.m.  Guest will be Rev. Michael Crawley, Foster Creek Baptist Church, Louisa. All are welcome.

August 2
St. Paul’s Catholic Mission, Hague will hold its 36th Annual Spaghetti Dinner, Friday, Aug 2nd from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Salad, Spaghetti with meat sauce, bread, wine, beverages, dessert. Advance purchase: Adults $10, kids $6 at door Adults: $12, kids $7 call: 472 4206 for info.
