Man falls from new Judicial Center in Montross
At approximately 1 p.m.on Oct. 31, an unidentified Hispanic man fell through the ceiling onto the floor below while working on the new Judicial Center in Montross.
The man who fell from the new Judicial Center in Montross was taken by MediVac to a Richmond hospital.
The owner’s representative Jeff Frazier said the man was installing insulation when he stepped through the trusses and fell.
Representatives of the Westmoreland County Rescue Squad and Fire Department responded to the scene.
The man was put in precautionary braces, taken to the squad, and was taken by MedEvac to an area hospital in Richmond.
Frazier said the man works for the subcontractor Dafore.
Authorities were unable to identify the individual, his age, or injuries as of this release.
