Potomac Supply stresses safety
After having fallen on bad times, Potomac Supply, LLC is now growing, getting stronger and safer and working hard to continue this trend.
On Wednesday, June 11, they held a local fire, EMS and Police Emergency Response dinner with the county Emergency Response team, reps from Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office, surrounding Fire and EMS squad reps and Potomac leadership in attendance to update them on Potomac’s emergency response plans and also to recognize them for their contributions to safety and well-being.
Potomac’s mission and its statement of such is simple: We strive to provide top-quality products and services at competitive prices to customers who share our appreciation for high standards. We demonstrate our commitment to top-quality performance through intelligent company growth, continuous process improvements and the well-being of our employees.
During the presentation on Wednesday, Maintenance and Safety manager Chip Hemcher discussed their safety philosophy, noting that safety is their first priority. Hemcher was proud to say that as of June 12, Potomac Supply was 200 days accident free.
