  • Washington and Lee Eagles soccer team defeats West Point 4-3 in overtime

    Alec Westall of Washington and Lee sent in a cross from teammate Jorge Barajas to kick the Eagles’ lead up to 3-1.

    A W&L Boys Varsity game against West Point was held at A.T. Johnson Wednesday night.  The Eagles won in a 4-3 overtime victory.  Taking an early lead with a quick goal by Jacob Daiger from a pass by Luis Chipres, it looked like it was going to be an easy game for W&L.  However, four minutes later, the Pointers scored on a loose ball in the Eagle box.  Near the
