Art and Wine in Montross on Wednesday, March 20 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Westmoreland County Museum and the Inn at Montross featuring Linda Boatman with an artist’s talk at 6 p.m. in the Museum and followed by desserts and wine at the Inn.
