The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association will hold it holiday luncheon at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at Jacey Vineyards, 619 Train Lane, Wicomico Church. There will also be a silent auction to benefit Alzheimer’s research. Current, former and retired federal employees, spouses, and survivor annuitants are invited. Reservations are due by Dec. 1. Come out and enjoy an afternoon with Santa at the YMCA, A. T. Johnson Gym and Hallway on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Free pictures with Santa (all ages). Also they will have holiday treats and music, silent auction and a toy drive. Bring new, unwrapped toys and clothing to drop off in their toy box to assist the Westmoreland County Social Services.
