Colonial Beach Baptist Church will host an Easter sunrise service on the boardwalk near the High Tides on the Potomac at 6:30 a.m. The church will also hold a Unity Service (combined worship service) at 9:30 a.m. at their facility at 10 Garfield Avenue in Colonial Beach followed by Sunday School at 10:45 a.m.
Come to the Easter Sunrise Service, Sunday, March 31 at Westmoreland State Park at 6:30 a.m. Rev. Shayne Estes, pastor of Andrew Chapel UMC will bring the morning message. This service is sponsored by the Montross Ministerial Association.
Ephesus Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) will celebrate Easter morning with Sunday school at 10 a.m. followed by morning worship at 11 a.m.
St. Mary’s Episcopal Church at 203 Dennison St in Colonial Beach will be celebrating Easter at 10:30 a.m. on March 31 with one service.
New Life Ministries will be offering two classes through Charis Bible College on Mondays, April 1 – May 20. The classes are “The Essence of the Gospel” and Old Testament, Survey V. There is no fee to enroll. For more information call 804-224-8447
