Rappahannock River Run, Oct. 19

Mark your calendars for the 2013 Rappahannock River Run/Walk, hosted by the St. Margaret’s School Alumnae Association. In its 15th year, this event offers competitive and recreational runners and walkers the chance to come together for a 5k (3.1 mile) course through the scenic streets of Historic Downtown Tappahannock.  Race day is Saturday, October 19th at St. Margaret’s School.     Registration is set to begin for the 2013 Drifters Youth Volleyball Camp running from July 15-19 at Colonial Beach High School’s Drifter Dome.     In the coming academic year, Rappahannock Community College hopes to start men’s and women’s sports teams in basketball (Fall 2013) and soccer (Spring 2014).
