Capias for alleged meth cook

Angela Hines failed to appear for her court date on Tuesday, September 10 resulting in Judge Martin issuing a capias for her arrest. Hines, along with Dustin Rector and Peter Jochum, were arrested on July 10 on charges of manufacturing methamphetamines.

The charges came from the results of a months-long investigation that culminated in the early-morning raid that saw all three defendants arrested, as well as the discovery of a meth lab that the three reportedly operated.

As a result of the meth lab, the house was declared uninhabitable at the time of the arrest.

While Rector remained in custody as a result of his previous failures to report to jail to serve time for other offenses, Hines and Jochum were eventually released on personal recognizance bonds. On September 10, Jochum showed up, but Hines did not.

The arrest in July was made with the assistance of the Tri-County Drug Task Force and several other agencies. The next appearance of Rector and Jochum in the General District Court is on December 10.
