The Northern Neck Audubon Society blue bird box building project
Nov 7 all-day

The Northern Neck Audubon Society has a blue bird box building project every year and volunteers are needed.  This year will mark the 34th year of building boxes and this year will mark over 30,000 boxes built by the chapter.  The bluebird population has been dwindling because of habitat loss and this project helps by providing homes.  This is a fun project.

Work days will be November 7 & 8 and the week of November 11th in Whitestone.  It is not necessary to have woodworking skills as there are different ways you can help.

For additional information and to sign up, please call Ron Feldman (804-580-8987) or Fred Witschey (804-453-9090).
