Claiborne went up the left sideline for a 70-yard touchdown run to make it (0-6) with 10:46 to go in the first quarter. The visitors matched a big play with a big play when Craig Shepherd gathered in the kickoff and galloped 85 yards up the middle of the field to tie the game (6-6). DeWayne Reynolds was next to cross the goal line on a 1yd touchdown run to give his team a (12-6) advantage with 2:24 left. Damien Henry-Johnson picked off a Cavalier pass to put his team in good field position. James ‘LJ’ Kelly capped the drive with a 15yd run up the right sideline to make it (18-6) with 11:49 to go before halftime.
