Will Montross's vision reach 20-20 by 2015?

Despite all of its quaint charm, historic integrity and friendly atmosphere, the Town of Montross is little more than a 35 mile-per-hour inconvenience for many passersby who opt not to experience one of the Northern Neck's diamonds in the rough.
But town leaders and stakeholders hope that Montross will be different by 2015, with the next steps towards a revitalized town currently underway.
Brenda Reamy, town manager, said that progress towards a bright and bustling downtown has already been made, pointing to The Art of Coffee, which used to be an old gas station and several other building improvements and demolitions in the downtown Montross. But the town....
