Kinsale’s Jack Rabbit Express is a store with a mission: continuity of service by the Sichol family to the community they love.
Open 5-10 Monday-Saturday and 6-10 Sunday, they fuel and feed workers on their way to and from tasks of the day and serve as a gathering spot, especially during the summer season for folks headed for the river.
They donate to churches, museums like the Kinsale Foundation, Relay for Life, youth sports, and other charitable service organizations, such as The Haven Shelter.
They love to greet new babies, including their very own young Rhys McKendree Sichol, now 1, the third generation of Sichols in the family-owned and operated business.
