The Washington & Lee Boys Varsity Eagles split two games this past week as they dropped to a record of 3-4.
In their second straight win of the season over King & Queen, the Eagles won 74-31 led by Jeremy Turner’s double-double performance of 23 points and 10 rebounds. He was followed by Tre Brown scoring 24 points and collecting three steals.
Kwame Gray scored five points to go along with seven assists to help get the team involved. Davon Hamilton added eight points to the score followed by Dewayne Cherry with five, Milan Bullock with three, and CJ Harris, Terrin Dickerson and Dexter Thompson each with two.
In the loss to Chancellor, Gray led the team scoring 16 points to go along with four rebounds.
Brown followed Gray with 11 points, Turner with eight, Marik Roy with four, CJ Harris with three, and Hamilton and Cherry each with two.
