W&L students awarded by NNTC

At the 4th Quarterly Awards ceremony at the Northern Neck Technical Center, several Washington & Lee High School students were honored. Tyreesha Roy, Cosmetology student, was given a perfect attendance award and a $25 Walmart gift card, for not missing any classes this past year.
Other Washington & Lee High School students honored were John Bowie, Most Improved, Electricity II; Rebecca Bowman, Most Improved, Cosmetology I (am); Charlie Brown, Most Outstanding, Auto Body II; Kendewanna Fulcher, Most Improved, Cosmetology I (pm); Lindsey Hamlet, Most Improved, Nursing Aide (pm); Calvin Harris, Most Outstanding; Computer Maintenance Technology II; Sara King, Most Improved & Perfect Attendance, EMT (am); Moses Oviedo, Most Outstanding, Auto Body I; Myeisha Reed, Most Outstanding, Nursing Aide (pm); Tyreesha Roy, Cosmetology I, Perfect Attendance; Ryan Taylor, Culinary Arts I, Most Improved and Perfect Attendance; Watt Taylor, Architecture Drawing & Design (am), Most Improved; Brandin Thompson, Computer Maintenance Technology I, Most Outstanding; and Guadalupe Valencia, Cosmetology II, Most Outstanding.

NNTC tee shirts were awarded to John Bowie, Charlie Brown, Sara King, and Watt Taylor. These quarterly award programs help identify and encourage students to excel.
